Remember he interviewed a guy who had the world record for Big Mac eating. He ate 2 or 3 a day for 30 years, or something. He was thin as a reed. The secret may have been that he never ate the french fries... or perhaps he had a very active life and ate nothing else.

Imagine eating one of these every day for a month.

Sweet christmas!

I like the occasional burger when I'm sick of the diet that's been forced upon me by years of abusing myself, but that just looks like a bit too much.

A guy in Australia did the healthy options diet at McDonalds eating only the health options and exercising, the end result was he lost 10 kgs and his blood work came back healthier and cholestrol sp? was down a few points.
So a movie like Super-Size Me only proves that if you eat sh-it and lots of it of course you are going to get fat and harm your body....DAH!
The only thing I took heed of was STAY AWAY FROM THE McNUGGETS!!!!
