G'day all,
I recently visited the immigration office in Gyung-bok-gong (sp.) and got a re-entry stamp put on my visa, as I am going on vacation soon. All the years I've been in Korea I've gone to that s##t-hole in Mok-dong. I'm told that the one downtown doesn't offer all the services that the other does. Anyone know?
When it comes time for my visa renewal, I'm going to try Gyung.. again. If it works, I'll feel like a dope for not learning about it earlier.
It seems too good to be true. It was quite, clean, and fast.

I don't think you can do re-newals or id cards at kyoungbokkung. I have gone there for the re-entry visa before and it was quick and painless.

I'm not sure what problem you have with mok-dong though. I found everhything to run quickly and smoothly whenever I go there. Just the occaisional line-up but that only happens if you get there after lunch. Anytime I got there before 10am I was in and out in a flash.
