I badly need to join a gym. I live in the BumGay Pyoungchon area and would like to know if anyone knows of a good cheap gym. More importantly, cheap. I know of the one over by Outback, but that's about 70k a month, which is too much for me. I am interested in something like 3 month/ 100k won. Does anyone know of a gym like this?

You're looking for a little local gym. Avoid the big brand name ones like the Roxy club on top of the department store.

I joined one but it was about a 10 minute bus ride away. (I live near Beomgye station.) I know of one down beyond Pyeongcheon station that you could probably walk or at least bike to. In the end I joined one near my work which was better, but not near Beomgye.

Hey Joe, I walked over there tonight and the only gym I saw was called IMG. It was pretty nice, but even more expensive than the other one. It was 90,000/month or 210,000/3 months. Can you tell me where that one is you are talking about? I am familiar with the area so you can be specific if you remember. Thanks.

It's a few streets beyond the wal-mart, the next "major" street if I remember right. I don't know really b/c I only went there twice and it was in my friend's car. I'd have to physically walk there with you to see if we could find it. It was in a basement, that's all I remember for sure. We could go together tuesday if you want.
