there's a shop that sells loads of (presumably) knock-off Bape gear in Myeong-Dong, between the old post office and Gate 1 of Namdaemun market.
For Evisu I don't know how in demand it'll be, there's a genuine Evisu store in Hongdae that has stuff for a fraction of the price (and quality) of the Japanese stuff. Jeans are maybe 60,000 won, I've never seen a pair in there that I like though.
Is the Bathing Ape stuff for you?

The Evisu shop in Hongdae is the 'Korean Evisu' brand, it is not genuine but it is rubbish. There are lots of them around but they are all the same. If you want decent Evisu knock offs there are a couple of shops in Itaewon that have them but they are not always instock. These are the same as the knock offs you will find in London markets. Alternatively you could just fork out the cash and buy some real ones, at least you know they will look good. |

yeah I dont really see the point of paying 400USD for a pair jeans just becuase they are suppose to be cool..
anyway these are not for me.. its for my friend in miami ... im not the kind of guy that pays 150USD for a TSHIRT and 200 dollars for abelt or 400USD for some jeans just becuase some celebrity wore them and now they are suppose to be HIP! jeans are jeans!! no jeans are worth 400!!
200 even!!! even 150 is pushing it with the original levis!! |

Although I haven't been there in a while (coming on a year), you might want to take a look at a cool little place in Myeongdong, that used to have a good selection of Bathing Ape Ts. It's on Myeongdonggil, virtually opposite the Cathedral. If you're walking out of Myeongdong along Myeongdonggil you'll see it on the left hand side - with the Cathedral on the right - just before you get to the main road that takes you down to Cheonggyecheon (and then on to Insadong).
My apologies if it's no longer there, but with genuine Bathing Ape Ts at 20,000 Won, it might be worth a visit. In fact I think I've whetted my own appetite... |

obviously you have yet to see an authentic one... 20,000??
this is the same bathing ape that you are only allowed to buy one style of t-shirt at their stores. are most releases are of a limited print?
a better estimate would be 100,000 |

dandoeskorea, I'm pretty sure we're talking about the same place and if so it is still there.
I'm with Komtengi though, there's no way that stuff can be real, genuine hoodies go for 300+ dollars on e-bay and Japanese sheep queue up around the block when the new stuff goes on sale. |

i am not really sure why people buy knockoffs in Korea. if you hapen to be in china, you can get them for a fraction of the price. i got a knockoff Oakley sunglasses for about 4,000 won, northface backpack for 5,000, and rolex for 6,000 won. maybe the quality isnt the same, but it was pretty cheap... |
