Youre definitely a Muslim fundamentalist.

I don't know whether to Laughing or Rolling Eyes...

Hint: www.urbandictionary.com

Oh, and rapier - I know far more UK people who can make decent curry than can make decent fish and chips.

And Alias - yes, but Kate Winslet. Mmm.

ah yes, RMS Titanic. Flagship of the White Star Line, and said by the popular press - never by the owners or builders - to be "unsinkable".

I bet you don't know who owned the White Star line .....

Are you trying to incinuate thatthat historically significant film isn't a direct textbook-rip of what really happened during the war for American independence? All Brits didn't adopt the "scorched Earth" policy, mass-murder hundreds of millions of innocent people, and still be stupid enough to fall for the stuffed officers gag?

Hell, even the Brits' dogs liked the Americans more... Laughing

Getting away from these obscure biscuit and bishop references, which I suspect are the same thing, the Brits haven't slaughtered Frenchmen since 1815. Therefore, my original comment: What have they done to benefit mankind recently?

Do you mean individually or as a unit?

Random murders do not count. The OP was referring to generalized, mass slaughter. Let's keep it at that level.

I think we invented Mad Cow disease.Which lead to mass slaughters of the bovine kind.
We definitely invented football hooliganism and I defy anyone else to lay claim to that one.

The way I see it the whole world is the 'Red Arrows' fighter plane display team all flying in tight formation. Now England is the front plane at the head of the diamond shape (America is ..oh I dont know just behind us)..so wherever 'England' flies the rest of the world copy exactly.England leads.

(Apart from where the planes break off and start spraying the colored smoke bit)

As a hamburger lover I see nothing out of the ordinary with 'mass slaughters of the bovine kind'. That's just the natural nature of things.

The OP claimed special status for Brits for 'mass slaughters of the French kind'. I would say you guys have been letting down the side in that department over the last two centuries. Thus my question about what you've been doing recently to benefit humanity.

I'll grant you 'football' hooliganism, but getting drunk and falling off a bleacher seat doesn't really measure up to offing another Pierre or Antoine, does it? Just another sign of decline in standards, as far as I can see.

Don't know a thing about a Red Arrow or any other color of arrow, but if it hadn't been for Snoopy and his Sopwith-Camel...well, I don't know what the 20th Century would have been like.

The best thing about the best modern Brits is that they have learned to write without an accent.

We killed plenty of Afghans in the late 1800s and early 1900s, and plenty of Iraqis between 1920 and 1922. We clearly taught the US government a lot. Wink
