Do you guys know what year this went into effect? Where it was mandatory for hogwans/businesses to invest in the pension fund?

I know that I can file paperwork if one of my old schools didn't do it.

Before 2002, right?

I remember in mid 2002, the hagwon I was working at said the law changed and we had to contribute. That might have been code for" the schools books got investigated" though.

Does the rule still include that there has to be 5 or more full-time employees at the hakwon?
