Do you guys know what year this went into effect? Where it was mandatory for hogwans/businesses to invest in the pension fund?
I know that I can file paperwork if one of my old schools didn't do it.
Before 2002, right? |

| I remember in mid 2002, the hagwon I was working at said the law changed and we had to contribute. That might have been code for" the schools books got investigated" though. |

| Does the rule still include that there has to be 5 or more full-time employees at the hakwon? |
