I've just returned from Pusan Bank where I was informed that they can't process an international money order. They said I would have to go to an international bank... KEB?
I seem to recall doing this my first year here without any problems. Has there been some change in the laws or something?
Can I get a money order at the post office?

| KEB definitely does money orders, got one not long ago. Not sure about the post office though. |
