It is. Balls, bollocks and balls. All the paperwork that comes through to the public schools here lists the Mokdong office as the one that Bundangers must resort to. Like me, who will be taking the damn trek all the way out there for the govt. to certify my legitimate diploma because of all you bastards with fake ones!!

I'm coming for you: you, you slackers. ARGH...

Anyway. The easiest way to get out there is to take a bus to Gwanghwamun and then another bus or taxi, or take one of the buses to Hannam-Dong and get on the subway there--what is it, Hangangjin Station...?

When I first moved to Bundang this year, I didn't know the buses so I took the subway the whole way, and my friends, you can take the airport bus to Incheon, check in and fly to Osaka in less time.

Balls, bollocks and, yes, more balls.

you have to go to Mokdong for the degree confirmation thing, but you can get a re entry permit at the one in Gwhanghwhamun, or maybe even at the one in COEX air terminal.

If all else fails, you can get a single re entry permit at the airport before you leave.

don't mean to step on anyone's toes . . .

I live in Ui-wang, and work in Bun-dang (Mi-geum station vicinity). I was 'told' to go into Seoul as well, but I didn't.

I went to Suwon; a MUCH easier process - they aren't the cream of human kindness, but ARE fast/efficient, and can handle the full range of services.

(I just did my confirmation a couple of weeks back, and have used them for C-3 work, extensions, etc.)

Regards,

Glen

That is good to know, Glen. How do you find the office?
