There is a wide selection, try outside the Hamilton in Itaewon. For calls when out of my house or ofice I use Runtel cards because I can top it up over the phone by credit card and my HP number is recorded so that I do not need to punch in the card number each call. The cost is about 5.5 US cents a minute to UK landlines, about 25 US cents to mobiles - and I have no idea why that difference still exists.

In the house I use SkypeIn and calls then 0.017 EUR a minute to UK.
