If you go to Itaewon in Seoul, there's a really large hotel round about the middle of the main street, it's called Hamilton hotel I think.
Next to it there is a buliding full of shops. If you go in there and take the escalator up to the second floor you'll see a tabacconist right next to the escalator that sells cigars, rolling tabacco, etc. |
