I've been having the same problem - heating fine, water not...

BUT, this works for me:

turn on the hot water, turn on the water, flush the toilet!!! Sounds crazy but that gives me hot water. Worth a crack.

I've got the opposite problem, hot water but no floor heating. All this on what seems to be the coldest day. I suppose that the pipes have frozen but it seems odd that the hot water is ok. Any other ideas?

have, heat, have hotwater, also had leaks from 3 separate locations in my house this week.

1. bathroom needed caulking to prevent water from shower running all over my place and into neighbors apt- fixed

2. pipe leading to my washer broke so the AC unit had to be disconnected and moved, and floor dug up in the corner of the room, still needs patching back up, but fixed- I think.

3. still a mystery. workers have pulled out my cupboards and sink to dig underneath, then thought it might be the neighbor's place so they did his place too. there's a 2 foot hole in my kitchen floor at the moment and it's not fixe.

I may spend tonight making offerings to any god that will listen, just so that workers don't have to tear up the entire floor tomorrow

I live in a relatively new building. It appears to have be fairly well constructed. The lowest temperature I will get indoors is 23C when the thermostat is at its lowest setting. To get a lower temperature than that, I'd have to turn it off.
