I think it's funny that women find shopping reduces their stress. Shopping (especially for clothes) or dealing with E-Mart on the weekend is absolutely guaranteed to give me a headache.
I wish I had tons of money so I could get regular (Swedish- not Korean style) massages...
Messing around on messsage boards is how I relieve stress. ^^ |

Sleep?
How stressed can you be if you sleep to relieve it?
I am not someone who gets stressed out a lot but when I do sleeping is the last thing I can do. Stress is what keeps me up at nights, not what puts me to sleep.
Drinking lots of alcohol and remebering that I cannot control everything is how I deal with stress.
I can understanding discussing the issue that has caused the stress but I wouldn't call that chatting either.
This survey's results are just plain strange. |
