I wish you a merry Christmas
Iwish you a merry Christmas
I wish you a merry Christmas
...and a Happy New Year! Cool

(I just got back from my high school's "classical guitar circle" concert and they finished with a beautiful arrangement of the above song blended with "Silent Night"...)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone at Dave's. Thanks for all the advice, teaching tips and laughs. A Christmas story:

I was totally bummed out about Christmas this year: I was promised January off and planned to go home for the holidays. Suddenly there are two weeks of "extra classes". The dates didn't leave me enough time, so decided not to go. Schedule got changed, now I would have had enough time but too late. Totally po'd. So totally grumpy in my two-hour seniors class, last class Friday. Went to photocopy during the 10min. break....when I got back the lights were off and the curtains drawn. What the h@#$? The kids stepped aside, and on my desk was a cake beautifully decorated for Christmas, and they all started singing "We wish you a Merry Christmas". The card said, "Thank you for teaching us".
Wow.
Thought the Korean teachers in the English dept put them up to it: turns out they knew nothing about it....the kids did it all on their own.
Hope everyone has a great holiday.

Excellent card, OP. My aunt is a huge Jacquie Lawson fan, and I've gotten
many cards for many occasions from there.

Merry Christmas, people!!
