I have decided that enough is enough with this weather
so I am taking two weeks off and going to Thailand to lie
on a beach. To be precise, Koh Samui.
My buddy, copying me, ditched his classes and is going to
Saigon to escape the bitter Korean cold. What he gets up
to in Vietnam is still a matter of intense speculation.
He has his ajumas well trained, so there was no whining.
Mine, on the other hand, don't see why any human being
needs more than 3 days in a foreign country. Oh well, I
think I should be teaching them how to live and not teaching
their kids English.
Anyone else planning a wintry escape? |

I am getting the hell out of here for 12 days at the end of January. Heading to Malaysia/Singapore for some much needed adventure, as well as R&R in a warm climate. Counting the days. |

I just arrived back from Taiwan, where I spent Christmas with my friends. Jan. 5 I am off to Cambodia, and Thailand for 4-6 weeks. I might even throw in a quick trip to Singapore. Can't wait to see Angkor Wat, and then hit the beaches of Thailand, and the shopping in Bangkok.
Happy Vacation everyone!
