This is a question for anyone who has been to Thailand. Are the plug shapes & voltage the same for Thailand and South Korea? It sort of looks like they are, but I am not sure. Would my electronics from SK work in Thai? |

The voltage is 220 (same as Korea) the plugs from Korea will work in the Thai plugs as well. They arent identicle but close...if you want you can get adapters that are small, lightweight and cheap that will match up perfectly. |

So without the adapter, all I have to do is kind of squeeze the plug in... twist it a bit, and presto? |

Thai plugs are the same shape as North Aerican ones. You will not be able to fit them in a Thai outlet. At least not in Phuket. |
