Does anyone know where I can find a mandolin teacher in the seoul area?

I don't think that Korea is very big on the mandolin. I've seen them on sale at nagwon arcade so you may want to ask around there if they know anyone.

Musicians hang around music shops and a lot of shops can suggest teachers. I got loads of students from my local music shop when I was teaching guitar in the UK. The manager would always suggest me as suitable teacher if the student was into learning rock, folk or jazz guitar.

Try any shop where they sell a quite a few mandolin related products.
