i tunes no longer runs on my computer. when i try to open it a message pops up saying that it has run into a problem and has to shut down. I've tried uninstalling and re installing but that doesn't work. any ideas.

Ahh...well seeing as I know practically nothing about Windows, except that I don't like it, I don't think I'd be much help in that area. Maybe check Apple's website for a trouble-shooting guide, if you haven't already.

Try unistalling, deleting the itunes folder, emptying the recycle bin, and if you want to be really fancy, run a registy cleaner (like tune-up utilities with its free trial and easy crack). That should work.

Ulsanchris, you tried all those things Demonicat mentioned and it still does the same thing when you try to open it?

You might try installing it to a different folder name, just for yucks.

This is the only program you're having trouble with?

yup.

I've been thinking about doing a reinstall of windows lately, so i think i will just do that. I haven't reinstalled windows in about a year so its about time it was done.
