Before I trot out and blow most of my severance bonus on new hearing aids I thought I might check into the obvious.
Does Korean National Medical cover hearing aids? |

"The Appliance Expenses for the Disabled is paid to improve the well-being of people with disability through supporting financially for part of expenses of medical appliances. The benefits applies to such medical appliances as canes, crutches, wheelchairs, complementary glasses for low visibility, artificial eyes, magnifying glasses, hearing aids, etc. 80% of the amount of the price of medical appliances purchased by the disabled is paid in cash directly to the beneficiary. The benefit is made once within a period of expected durability for each kind of appliance"
This is from the website. I assume you are covered up to 80%....
