Hello, I'm planning on going to Beijing for Lunar New Year. Does anyone know if the Great Wall will be open to the public during this holiday???

YES it will be open , but expect every man and his dog to be there aswell
Getting anywhere in China during this time is like being in a sardin can ( coming from experience ) |
