i've downloaded korean movies off torrentspy with subtitles. i just searched for korean movies and downloaded a few.
i play them on VLC (?) media player. you have to turn the subtitles option on first. i learned that.

One can d/l movies and use Gom Player to get subs. The player supports all sub files and the main site has an extensive collection of subs from all d/l sources.

Using the donkey or torrent will yield the file...go to Gom site and do a search for the movie name, find the same file name as yours and viola.

http://gom.ipop.co.kr/

You will need some (minimal) Korean skill.

Don't forget to allocate the file extension to your player if it's one of those Korean file formats.

Are there any options for "legally" downloading movies here in Korea? (Korean and other movies, TV shows, etc)

I don't mind paying for what I watch, and there are a lot of movies that aren't available for rent on DVD. Also, I'm thinking about getting a video player, and it would be nice to be able to download stuff there to watch whenand where I want.
