Well, I got the button thing down pat. I actually have a little machine that I use in my kid classes. It makes buttons just fine and even puts a plastic seal over the button.

Now comes the design part. I want to make a cool design but I want it to be refined and professional looking. I am not sure if the picture shows up well, but the design on this button shows no markings of a pen, computer or other such things.

Any clues on what medium to use for a top notch design?

Make your design really big, photograph it, and using basic photo edit, shrink it to the button-size you need. Experiment and you will get it down. Expect to make mistakes and have fun.
