Can anyone direct me to institutes/programs for Mandarin Chinese language programs in Seoul (for English speakers)? Does anyone have the contact information for a place called 'The Confucius Institute"?

Thanks.

Hey

I think as people working from the inside we all know what a scam the Korean hagwon can be. I think it's better to go with a private tutor. My friend lives in Yongsan and is from Nanjing. She's been teaching here for three years and speaks good Korean and English. It also helps that she's devilishly hot, so you linger on every word just a litte more.

PM me for more information

I second the 'go with a private tutor' thought. I have a private tutor, also from Nanjing, and it is great. Cedar actually hooked it all up for me. This girl is a great teacher and I have learnt a lot. She is also a bit of a hard-ass and calls me on it if she sees me slacking, so I have to put in lots of effort. I highly recommend it.
