I adore lotus and magnolia oil, and haven't been able to find any. So, I'm shopping for a new fragrance, and am wondering ...girls, what scents do you buy here? What do you love?

Guys, what fragrance does the lady in your life wear that can bring you to your knees?

Has anyone ever seen those Demeter scents ( Laundry, Birthday Cake, Grass etc.) for sale anywhere in Seoul? I've always been curious about those....

I'm attracted to women who have the 'new' car, or baseball glove scent... and also: roasting turkey, fresh coffee, frying bacon and onions at the midway smell. Wink

The Demeter scents are amazing. I wear "Sugar Cookie" on a regular basis, and I have bought "Brownie" for my best friend.

Take heed-- if you want to appear younger or feel more alert, you might want to read this article before you buy...

There's some conflicting research as to whether men's cologne does anything for women.

This turned up in my "research" and it was peculiar so I'm posting it. Thank you, Mephisto, makers of fine subliminal products and lust-inducing vapours.

Saw the body shop perfume oils today in Cheonho. I like them but they bring me back to high school a little too much.

I've been wearing Clinique's Simply lately

Since we're into smells today, what cologne do you women in the forum find appealing/sexy/cool/good? I think I am scent challenged. What cologne does your bf or husband use that smells good?

For women's fragrances, my wife uses often and I like on her Christian Dior "Poison." It's so strong initially but extremely subtle later though that it just takes a half pump on the spray button to be plenty. I also got her a bunch of lavender scents from the body shop, I think it was that, that she really likes and smells good on her. I'll look up label and post later, if you post to my question.

My wife doesn't know much in way of Western brands in colognes, so she wasn't much help when I asked her. She has bought me colognes on a few occasions but I didn't like it much.

*smacks forehead*
How silly of me. I first discovered Demeter fragrances here in Seoul. Go to Gangnam Station, go out exit 6 (toward Kyobo Tower) and walk a few blocks until you have passed 2 Body Shops and a Steff Hot Dog's. On your left you will find a cosmetic shop called Todacosa which has dozens and dozens of Demeter scents. Ta da!

I bought some lemongrass oil back from Thailand and are dousing fabrics , curtains etc around the school and my house.

Such a clean, modern smell with a hint of the exotic.

A few years ago I bought my wife a bottle of Caroline Herrera's Chic. I dig the smell, but she's worn it about 3 times since I gave it to her. Crying or Very sad

The ultimate fragrance, I've always felt, is the smell young women possess when they're perspiring slightly after being out in the sun. I can't be alone on this, surely.
