Korean Massage Parlor Bust Rebounds on U.S. Police
Last week police raided the local Moon Spa and arrested two Korean owners identified as Chun and Choi. It was later revealed that the two detectives tipped off that the establishment was a front for prostitution investigated in plain clothes and enjoyed the services themselves.

The two paid over US$60 each for the 30-minute massage and sex and tipped the women another $50. The detectives admitted visiting the spa two more times and enjoying the same service to gather rock-solid evidence.

The U.S. press is having a field day with the story, which has sparked a debate whether committing a crime to uncover one can be justified.

Maybe the police will stand at attention during the trial.

They'll have to put up a stiff defense or the prosecution will poke holes it.

I'm sure there'll be another probe.

Anyway I think this investigation got it all backwards. In a normal case, the evidence should be mounting -- you should NOT be mounting the evidence!

I think the penal code is very clear on what constitutes evidence in cases such as this ...
