I'm thinking of doing a temple stay where one of the activities is lessons in Seon Mu Do, a 'martial art'. I've never heard of this particular martial art. Anyone know what it is?
Key point: will I be able to break bricks with my bare hands and tear recalcitrant high school boys limb from limb by the end of the weekend?
