Has anyone else noticed the change in the tone of posts here at Dave's? Around last Dec. things were pretty hostile and unpleasant. I pretty much took the month of Jan. off because it just wasn't any fun to be around the bitterness, but lately things have returned to a more high-toned level.

Hurray.

What is it about the post above that reminds me of a painting on a cave wall?

Right you are, Trainer. You may remember this obscure thread...http://www.eslcafe.com/forums/korea/viewtopic.php?p=682837&highlight=#682837made more colorful by Ya-ta. It was in December. The month before January.

Good call, Trainer!

It's because Korea is so darn bleek in the winter (brown and gray aren't my favorite colours for christmas). It's no surprise Korea has the highest rate of seasonal depression in the world. But, the days are getting longer. Increased exposure to sunlight usually takes care of seasonal depression.
