I have been undertaking a survey of Native Speaking English Teachers who work at a SMOE public or middle school and have an official co-teacher who "should" be working alongside/with them.

IF this describes YOU, i'd love you to fill out my survey at
www.formdesk.com/smoe/form1. Only takes a few minutes. If you have several co-teachers, fill out one form for each co-teacher. IT IS COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS!!!!!

You can also grade the form yourself and findout if your co-teaching relationship is horrible 25-49, Satisfactory 50-74 or Excellent 75-100 . You'll probably just confirm the obvious!!!! duh.
Grade your answers using the following key;

1= rarely
2= sometimes
3= usually
4= always

Yeah unfortunately only SMOE teachers. I already have 30 completed questionnaires and will compile results from that but I would like a sample size of >50, for the paper and thesis I am writing....

I could go on about that but will wait until I talk about the results here...

You still can go to the form and without sending it, do the survey and get the results for yourself. If that is of interest to you. Score as I indicated above....

I am more interested in the individual question results but it still gives a valuable indication/rating of the relationship you have with your coteacher (and I don't mean how personable it is but how well it functions in regards to actual teaching.....but they are related.)
