| Yes, in the Cosco, on the left as you enter before you have to show your card. |

| There is a machine in the subway station the accepts international cards. Also, there is a CitiBank across from Emart. The Citibank one charges a little bit more, but it has an English option which really helps. (Unless you know the trick where you just keep pressing the top right button until money comes out) |
