Anyone know of an international bank machine in Sanbon (or nearby) that works?

Yes, in the Cosco, on the left as you enter before you have to show your card.

There is a machine in the subway station the accepts international cards. Also, there is a CitiBank across from Emart. The Citibank one charges a little bit more, but it has an English option which really helps. (Unless you know the trick where you just keep pressing the top right button until money comes out)
