That forum is hilarious.
Seems like a lot of the folks over there have an "inbetween" thing going on. They're stuck between two cultures, neither of which accepts them 100%. That has to be really frustrating.
What's really funny is that if they were born and raised in the west, and tried to come over here and join their "master race", they would barely be more accepted in this society than we are once their cover is blown.
I love the comments about "loser US military"...half of their fathers are probably GIs who bailed on their mothers.
Bitter, party of one...your forum is now ready. |

Probably true. Be careful about stirring things up on that forum-- some of them will come to this forum and bring their delightful witticisms here-- or worse trouble.

I haven't signed up or posted, though there is some useful stuff on that site for learning languages, especially Chinese. I waste enough time arguing with the weirdos here, let alone a forum full of them. |

The mods on that site are Satan!
They already closed the Racism against Blacks thread (Thanks to me telling the truth *bow*) and I rather enjoyed arguing about Korea with a bunch of Kyopos who haven't actually been to Korea.
New goal: See how many threads I can close.

Nah... They would actually have to go through a load of hoops to register on this site, and I will definitely never post anything about this site on there.
Honestly, though. I bet the majority of the posters on there have every right to be upset; they probably get their asses kicked every day...

Stupid phpBB error $#%$#$#$#$#%%% !!!
Ok, I have seen several people being banned just in the few days I have been there. It's always people who speak out against Korea (or China) in their respective forums. The mods there are facist Nazis, and I am not overempasizing (sp?) with that adjective. |

Allright, I'm in too. But I got rather creative with the identity.
They locked this thread! Some people were helpful, but one guy was a real hardcase.

Hi, Korea. I hope that you can help me. I am a member of the ethnic Hmong culture. We are a society based in the high country of Laos, Thailand and Vietnam. We are not rich but we are proud.
I hope that some of my Asian brothers in Korea can help me to locate my father. He was part of the US Forces in the Republic of Vietnam between 1971 and 1974. I believe that he was part of an Expeditionary Force in the Cameroon Highlands and the Vietnam/Cambodia border region. His name was PARK BYUNG CHUL. I believe that he was an NCO in an Infantry Regiment. He is from Hwaseong, Chungnam, South Korea. We have reason to believe that he was deployed back to South Korea in 1974 but left my mother for tragic reasons.
Her name is PHRANAKET FAN. She is from Luang Prabang, People's Republic of Laos. I was born on March 16th, 1974 in Vientiane General Hospital. If you know anyone that is familiar with her, please contact me at: [email protected].
Please help me to find my father as my mother is not well and I place myself in your trust as fellow Asian brothers and believers in democracy.

Why waste your time? This is the same guy Peppicalo from Korean Racism against Blacks thread; obviously multiple IDs. Exactly the same writing style along with the stupid annoying caps. See for yourself.
His posts are also inspired by the same subject: ie half Korean half other race parentage such as in the case of Hines Ward or Toby whatisname Olympics skier. Hines Ward, mentioned in the Korean Racism against Blacks thread as the superbowl MVP and now that Olympics skier is probably the inspiration for this thread as the Korean orphan who is looking for his parents. This the exactly same subject.

Hmongs are fine people .... some can genuinely trace their ancestry to ice-cold Siberia, they are true descendents of Mongol origin.

Oh ... No,Hmongs are never known as warrior people like Mongols.
Hmongs just want to reach out for kinship with Korean brothers and sisters since there some noticable cultural similiarities like eating RICE BALLS/CAKES,practice of SHAMANISM which can prove lineage between Hmongs and Koreans.

Actually, several other Asian-American forums consider Asiafinest to be full of sellout idiots who lick the white man's boots. There are some cool people who post there and the rest of them are venting on the internet because they can't anywhere else. |

You are so wrong. Most Koreans do not see blacks as Africans, but as black people from America. That's the most common association. They do not refer to black people as ī , but as 'black people'. You have no right to act so arrogantly when you don't even know what you're talking about. |
I wanted so bad to point out that this person misspelled , but they locked the thread. |

I am trying really hard. It's actually kinda fun.
I think I'm going to start a thread called, "What does Korea owe America?"
I wonder how that will go over on that board... |

Now that I've read some more of what's in there, it seems like a decent forum. Skews a bit to the young crowd, but there's some decent debating. The main problem is that it seems like it's mainly about kyopo life in america, which i don't really have much to say about. also, i'm looking at the korean language thread, and some of these folk can't speak korean very well.
I suppose you've always gotta be careful about crossing forums with an "us vs. them" mentality. I think some people come into this board, throw a pinch of grass in the air to see which way the wind blows, and then argue against the general mood of the board. that's ok and all, but it's better to argue against specific people because arguing against a mood basically amounts to arguing against nobody. |

Although I can be a hardened troll at times, upsetting kids half my age isn't really my thing. Similarly I happened upon a chatboard for old age pensioners last week, with discussion threads like "My Ol' Bill is in hospital again" and so on.. I just would've felt bad trolling them- same as I would 16yr old mixed race kids in the uS. Life will straighten them out soon enough anyway.
Although if I can be bothered to go on asia finest, it'll be to offer some well-meant advice and discussion. I was full of similarly unreasonable ideas at 16yrs old, so I don't really judge them youngsters for the same. |

I'm not sure it will be a big hit, but maybe some bumping and provocative comments will get it going over the next few days. I'll keep you up-dated if anything interesting happens. I'd love it if some other Davers would join too, might by fun when no threads are interesting here. Be sure to use your Dave's userID. It takes like 40 seconds to join. See you there!

They are so clueless. "Also, Koreans can't read or write English, so I'm sure there was a big fat fluent English "No Nigerians" sign outside. (Yeah right!) Anyone who has lived in Korea as you said you did (Yeah right!) would know what I'm talking about." |
