Hi Charpet
I was recently offered a job at this school. The Director, Mr Choi seems a bit dodgy, so I decided not to accept eg. He changed the salary from 2.3 mil to 1.9 mil when I suggested some amendments to the contract; he ignored my amendments; at first he wanted to pay 500 000 Won for severance – when I challenged this, he increased this to 1 000 000 Won.
However, don't just take my word for it. Do some more research. |

Thanks for the reply. Mr. Choi did exactly the same thing to me. When I made a few changes on the contract, he completely ignored them. In his response to me, he resent the entire contract back to me in its original format. I thought he made a mistake and when I pointed this out to him, he ignored me and I haven't heard from him since. Heads up to everyone on Lincoln School in Goyang.  |
