Hi: I purchased a list of the codes to set your dvd player to region fee status; if you'd like to see it, pm me and I'll email you a copy. |

KC - your generosity is welcomed and appreciated. However, you might have been able to save yourself some money. I did some searching a while back myself and found tons of codes available online for free.
For most (if not all) LG players, you open the CD tray, and start entering "0"s on the remote until you get a menu which asks you to set your region. Set it to Region 0 and you're golden. |

I get the occaisional DVD sent from home, plus I know others who buy DVDs while travelling and the region could be any so a region free player is a good thing. |

Also, if you want to order DVDs on Amazon.com that aren't available here, you'll need a region-free player. |
