I bought these a few months back and I have used them twice. I paid $200 at a snowboard shop in suwon. They are Vans Encore size 10 140cm, BoA cable (4961076) model.

hi,
no, these boots are brand new and I doubt you can fit into them. I'm a 10 and my feet fit within a few cm.
