Hey all. I'd appreciate a little help here. I've been using a series called "exploring reading" for the past couple months now, and it's been working out really well. Unfortunately the well is about to dry up.
The thing i like about these books is that they have a reading section, some vocabulary and comprehension questions as well as a listening section. Also the topics are good, and it's easy to get the kids talking a little. They are all elementary age.
I'd love it if someone could suggest something similiar, or anything that you've found effective. thanks... |

How many kids in your class?
I'm not familiar with Exploring reading. It sounds like a good book though. Most teachers I have met use the Let's go series which I liked, but which had it's downfalls. I'm teaching a private in Thailand right now, a four year old and she has some fantastic story books which really spark her interest. I'm interested to learn more about others positive experiences from such story books. |
