In a bold new move the FBI has released a new form of internet surveilance. This new program is able to subtly track any use of the internet.

Yah, well ... they were doing this long before 9/11 as well.

It's only following this "day of infamy" they've come out into the open, emboldend by a wave of "patriotick" legislation.
