An informative thread for anyone who cares.
I took my original degree, copy of sealed transcripts, passport, copies of degree and $3/copy to the Korean consulate in Vancouver and got them notarized. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
Contrary to what some on this board have said, I did not need to go to a lawyer first and get them notarized there. They also did not open up my transcripts but handed them back to me, sealed.
That's the exciting story of degree notarization. Should there maybe be a sticky about this topic? |
