I'm trying to sell a Panasonic video camera I bought in the states and brought with me to Korea. People who are interested in purchasing the camera are in the states and I was wondering if there would be any Duty or Vat tax on it because it was originally bought in the states. Could anyone enlighten me? Thanks. |

| Well, I know you can mark something "American goods returned," but I think you have to be returning it to yourself, and it may need to be 100% made and assembled in the US. I'll dig out my copy of Know Before You Go. |
