Is it just me or does it seem that you are whizing into a coffin rather than a urinal? These things are gigantic; nothing like those back in America.

My friend, you sound like you are in need of some downloading- I recommend Ali G "The Best of Borat".
This post will make absolutely no sense whatsoever until you see, "The Best of Borat".
But I guarantee that it will a) become perfectly clear and B) be worth the effort.

I couldn't pull it off and would be too embarrassed to even try; It would take a real comedian's touch.

Just when you thought Korea didn't make any sense! I've figured it out.

Here's the deal! The washrooms in this country are named according to how many poeple they can hold. If the washroom can only hold 1 person, then it's called the man's or woman's room. If it can hold two or more people, the it's called the men's or women's room. Geeez, I'm smart! (or I have been living here too long!) Very Happy

Coffeeman, that is so true. What I love is that the cleaning women are in there cleaning away while men are releaving themselves all around.

BTW, that is the most awesome picture I have seen in a long time. That episode cracked me up.

there's a mutliplex in daegu by the name of MMC (or Mankyoungkwan in korean).
The bathrooms are distinguished by logos unlike anything i've ever seen before.

the men's room logo is a profile drawing of a big blue nose. just a nose.
the women's logo is a big pink eye.
