He's playful and neutered and has had his shots etc....I am always traveling however, and he needs someone who will be home more often, or has a patch of grass he can play on. He was saved from the streets when he was a month old and has a half tail, he's a very cute orange cat!
If you're interested or have any leads for me please let me know! I'd be willing to travel pretty far to make sure he's got a decent home. Thanks

Yes, he's toilet trained and playful. I could bring him anywhere in Seoul, I just want him to find a good home!
