**OK, I posted this up on the Buy, Sell & Trade Forum, but since I'm not really doing any of the above, I thought I'd put it here too:

I'm headed home for 5 weeks in June/July and I need someone to take care of my moose... er... dog. I'm trying to find someone locally who can house-sit for me and watch over him, but I'm not having much luck.

In case I can't find someone to stay with him, I need to find someone who'll take him for those 5 weeks. He's a big dog (25 kg/55 lbs) and very energetic. However, he is also a very good natured dog and reasonably well-behaved. If you don't have a yard or something he can stay in (which I realize most of you don't), he'll need regular walks to burn some energy & answer the call of nature. He loves to chew on rawhide bones and I've found that as long as I keep him happy with those, he won't chew on other things (though I make no promises as he's never stayed with anyone else... so I don't know how he'd act at your house!). He's housebroken & understands some hand commands (sit, down, shake).

I'll provide food, rawhide bones, tennis balls (he loves to play with them), leash, etc. I can bring him to you & pick him up as well.

The dates are roughly June 17th-July 21/22.

Anyone interested?

**Please no snide comments or boshingtang jokes. I'm serious and would appreciate only serious replies**

Hey~
I love dogs. I dont mind at all and the time suits. The problem is, would he/she get on ok with a small dog? I have a kang-a-ji that is like a greatdane in a small dog's body....no fear. I wonder if they'd fight and if so, my one would get mangled?? (he's 3 kg but tried to attack larger dogs)

Perhaps they could "meet" fist heheh

I live in a two room place with no backyard, but I run most days so the exercise side of things is not a problem.

PM me if you're interested. I live close to Seoul.

Hi all! Thanks to all of you who offered to help with Osito. I think I've got him taken care of, although if my current plan doesn't work out, I'll let you know.

My coworker is also looking for a dogsitter for the same time period. Her dog is much smaller. Daisy is a maltese & is quite small. She's fiesty, but nice and she's house trained, so there's no problem with her being indoors most of the day. My coworker is looking for someone who will give her plenty of attention and take her for at least a short walk every day. She'd prefer someone either here in Gwangju or up in Seoul.

I'll get her email up here later so you can contact her directly. In the meantime, you can PM me if you're interested.
