I've never even heard of this airline, but they've got the cheapest tickets to Seattle for me this summer.

Anyone travelled with them? How was it (maybe in comparison with carriers like United since that's my other option)?

From what I have heard, they have a pretty clear flying record as well.

I think they are fantastic. The planes were very new, the service was super-friendly and the food was actually pretty good. I have zero complaints from when I used them, and then to top it all off, their prices are usually the lowest for most destinations.

Used 'em a couple of times, only between here and Taipei. They were OK, about the same as Thai and Cathay on the same route.

I flew them last month to Taipei. Coming back we left 20 minutes late. That was about the only negative. I got to the airport early both times and got awesome emergency exit seats going and coming. The seats reclined too. I was very, very happy.

No reason not to fly them. better than an american airline.
