I was thinking of working for YBM. Anyone can say good or bad things about this place? I am a bit sketched out at the way they make you pay for your apartment...

Any suggestions? I'd love to work with adults, but I don't know if they're the best option.

Man this bites...I can't land a good one...I just finished telling one guy off because apparent they are only looking for native english speakers...what an arse I have been in the US for 20 years. My native language is English >.< Oh well his "Engrish" was a riot..

YBM-ECC certainly has a poor reputation. I haven't heard as much about their adult academies.

You'll have to be available from 9am till 8.50pm?

Over a one year contract that'll grind you down.

I much prefer a scheduled block shift, say 3-9pm. It gives me more free time to follow other interests.

Accommodation in an English Village compound?

I like to get away from the work place, once I'm finished.

That sounds like a brutal deal. neither of the shifts is that good. But what gets me is the accomodation. An English Village? I heard that those guys have curfews. Plus you will be living around a bunch of kids. Thats insane.

Except for the hours, and the English Village thing, it sounds exactly like every other contract. You can do better.
