|
|
Quite keen to make some pesto.
Some key questions: pinenuts and good olive oil no problem, however, where can I get decent sized bunches of fresh basil?
Or would I be better off to simply try and grow this as was in the recent gardening thread?
Parmesan. Any half decent parmesan around? I have seen some aussie stuff but has anything else been sighted?
Thanks enormously,

near my school, there is an herb farm that sells all kinds of what you need. Apparently, these herb farms are all over the country. Just drive around til you find one haha. Or find a friendly grocer near your house and order it. |

I grew tons of basil last summer on my balcony- it was fresh and alive well into October. I also cilantro, and had two plants survive the winter, untended, on my balcony!!!
Growing your own herbs is great!!! |
