I'm surprised I beat RR to this story, but it was too good to pass up.
I busted a gut reading it.

However, police investigation revealed that Park, a carpenter by trade, was in fact the younger of the two at the age of 55, while his hapless victim was 56. Police quoted Park as saying Ju�s face looked so fresh he was convinced she was younger. He has been booked for assault. |

In Korea?! I seriously doubt that she would. If it were a foreign woman, I seriously doubt that even the police would come. They'd probably spin the story to make it look like it was her fault. |

You're missing the point. If she was younger than him, it would've been acceptable.
He only got booked because she was his senior- a big crime to disrespect your elders. |

Not really, when you consider the fact that he is male and she is female. We all know that males get more respect than females in this country, regardless of age. |

| I saw that story the other day. It was right after reading the Yangpa. The feature articles were so whacky, I checked three times to make sure I really was at a legitimate news site. |
