This handy little program will clear all the silly stuff your computer remembers but you never use.

in internet explorer, go to tools/internetoptions. Then click on clear history. Also, change the value to 0. Then delete all cookies. You'll be fine then.

All of this is in the tools/internetoptions section.

cl...nope...that doesn't work.
I've tried it. I've even used PCcleaning programs (though not the link eamo gave).

I know what you're talkin' about winnie. Nothing incriminating for me though.... it's more of a nuisance. Using the clear history doesn't work for getting rid of your google searches.

ah! I stand corrected. You are talking about the autofil option in internet explorer. Easy enough. Just disable it under tools.

Laughing Good luck !!!

NOTHING ( including emails, ICQ, Yahoo messenger etc. ) we ever do on the net is EVER truly erased or deleted.

Just out of curiosity, RU "logged in" to an email account when you "Google"? Wink

OMG! If you value your online privacy & anonymity, do NOT add Google toolbar.

Get Firefox and install the "distrust" extension. You can leave it on by default or click it on and off at your convenience. When you exit Firefox when it is on OR turn it off mid-session, it will erase all of your security tracks left by the browser.

I use it at work if I access any sites that are not explicitly work related, ie. this site.

Says the guy who only found out the dangers of the Google toolbar 3 months after every techie on the planet.
That's what happens when you get your security and tech info from prisonplanet, boys and girls.
