suggest yu look into lickr - there are groups and many of them meet -

the brisbane group (where i live) meets regularly. |

yep. Flickr is really good. So is PBase.
as for clubs, the one Ive seen is called SLR club and they do a lot of exhibitions, but its just Koreans so I dont know how good it is for us as foreigners. |
