I was on a rafting trip a few weekends ago and the experience was nothing like what you described Sparkx. There were some splash wars that got a little tiresome at times but other than that it was a fun day.

I unfortunately can't remember the name of the river or the rafting outfit.

Uh, yeah.

Reading sparkx's story made me so angry that people could be so stupid and dangerous. The rafting people sound like dreadful high school bullies that haven't grown up. They remind me of people who throw stones at chained dogs from a safe distance and think it's really funny. Sad.

I agree with this 100%, which is why I don't understand when someone doesn't do anything about it at the time. Especially someone who says he can "mop the floor with any Korean male" http://www.eslcafe.com/forums/korea/viewtopic.php?t=6338&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=30

Or worse yet, comes back the next day to say he's thinking of getting some friends together to go back for revenge (joking or not).
