A few people on this thread, evidently.
How many roads must a man walk down before you can call him a man? |

I would guess it's got to be in the thousands. Depends on what age a child reaches adulthood under the law, where he lives, country or city, etc. Does he have to walk from one end to the other, or does crossing an intersection count as 2 roads? And does each road count only once, or do the same roads he walks to school and back count, like, twice a day? We're looking for an average? I'll say there are 5,302 jellybeans in that jar.
Have you no shame? |

I'm STILL trying to figure out why ANYONE is answering ANYONE on this thread. Why are they??????
Because, as flotsam pointed out, they apparently don't know what a rhetorical question is.
Hint: DON'T ANSWER!!!
(Scurries off to make sure *he* knows what a rhetorical question is....) |

Answering isn't the only problem. People just don't seem to know what a rhetorical question is in the first place, save answering it....a statement in questions' clothing.
When will people learn? |

Ever heard the question "Is the Pope Catholic?"
That means an emphatic yes.
When the Ayatollah was in the news, I always said "Is the Ayatollah Catholic?" to mean an emphatic no.
Which religious figure should I use now, the Dalai Lama? |

I can't understand why the chicken-and-egg riddle is supposed to be so puzzling.
Both the Evolutionists and the Creationists claim to know the answer to that riddle. |
