You know better than I that Cubans come in all forms and colors- I have a good Cuban friend that is as pale, freckled and red-headed as a Brit. But a number of Cubans do have that distinctive nose- it reminds me of an old boyfriend of mine- surnamed Castro. Maybe it is just the picture, but it looks like that multifaceted, expressive Cuban nose- the anti-thesis of the Korean nose.

Not found in Korea, though I will be working on replicating it this summer. I can do the size issue, but the Miller High Life and the barbecue coating on the burger (not visible in the picture) are hard to replicate here.

And yes, that is Steel Reserve hiding behind the mustard. Good times.

That burger looks nasty as hell. What are those things on the other plates? Barbecued sea monsters?
