Oh, and what about all the Korean 'Sexy English' books? Better yet, what about all the Korean adult sites? Oh, right I forgot. Korean teenagers (apparently the ones most offended by this) don't have access to these sites. |

I've never done one of these before...
So at 9 we just follow the link and we're set? Or do we have to download something or register or...? |

I found a link to show just how: lazy, fat, stupid, boring, and hated an American ESL teacher can be. If the Korean Teacher Union ever sees it they will no doubt have him deported after a sound beating with all their sticks. To bad this great ugly slob got his bonus in the the bank and his ticket too. I understand he will try to leave Korea next Friday- it is my hope some police and teachers will stop him at the airport and give him a good thrashing before they let him get on the plane. Such ESL teachers are a disgrace to the fine name we have made for ourselves.

Oh and btw i'd be too afraid of signing up my details for that koreabridge broadcast. Say the wrong thing and you'd either be deported for inexplicable reasons or you'd find your E2 somehow couldn't be renewed. i know how things go in korea.

I downloaded it as well but after a 10 minute call, realised you can just listen to it through winamp without having to make a phone call
You only need skype if you wanna speak... |

Reminds me of my business ethics class in college.
The midterm was a take-home exam, and two days after we handed it in, our teacher came in to class and started talking about it and why it was taking time to do.
The test itself was pretty straightforward, but the second question was giving him some problems. The question gave a hypothetical situation about insider information, and then gave some simple questions on it:
1. What is insider trading?
2. Why is insider trading unethical?
3. Does this situation qualify as insider trading?
4. What would you do in the situation?
I myself thought the problem was pretty straightforward and answered accordingly. However, there was a bit of an issue in that out of a class of about 12-15 students, four of them responded to the last two questions:
3. Yes, this does qualify as insider trading.
4. I would do it anyway because I doubt that I'd get caught.
My response in that class was the same as this idiot on the video: make a very large, very public showing of kicking his hide out and don't return a penny of the money he may think he's owed.
I wasn't too popular in that class after that. |
